Transportation:

Airport Express – when you arrive at Hong Kong International Airport, you can purchase an airport express ticket ($100 for one way and $180 if you do a roundtrip within 18 days).  This can take you to Kowloon or Central.  Very convenient! On the return trip, you can check in your baggage in Central or Kowloon!!

Taxis – pay by cash.

Buses –pay with exact change upon boarding either by cash or Octopus Card (unless red mini bus – and you should only take this with someone who knows Hong Kong!!)

Trams - $2 paid upon exit, can use Octopus card

Ferries - paid pre-boarding, can use Octopus card

MTR (subway) - paid pre-boarding, can use Octopus card

What to Pack:
Winter (December to February)
Average Temp: 56-68oF. Bring warm sweaters and jackets.
It is typically dry in the winter, but occasionally there will be showers.  Remember that the wedding reception is outdoors so bring warm and nice winter jackets!

Electricity:
The voltage is 220-volt; purchase a transformer to convert 100-volt appliances you may desire to bring
